4 Step guide to renting gear
Step 1: Fill out the request form & read important information below
Step 2: An AWL team member will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone
Step 3: Pick up your gear at AWL head quarters- directions HERE!
Step 4: Use gear and get outside!
Reservations/Cancellations: Equipment must be reserved in advance by filling out this form or calling AWL. For more immediate assistance, please call AWL during normal business hours.
Payment: Payments can be collected in advance by calling AWL during normal business hours or in person at the time of pick-up.
Deposit: A completed credit security deposit authorization form is required for all rental items. Security deposits are only charged if gear is missing, damaged or broken.
Rental Pick-Up: Rental Equipment must be picked up at the AWL headquarters during normal operating business hours unless otherwise arranged with an AWL team member.
Rental Return: Rental Equipment must be dropped off during normal operating business hours unless otherwise arranged with an AWL team member. Equipment must be clean and dry. Cleaning fee's may be required if returned otherwise. Gear not returned on time will be charged for the additional day rate for every day it is late.
Weekend Rates: Weekend rates are the same as a 2 day rate if the gear is picked up Friday afternoon and returned Monday Morning.
Damage or Loss: Customer assumes full responsibility for all damaged equipment. Security deposits will be charged for lost or damaged equipment.
Rental Agreement: A rental agreement form must be completed at the time of rental pick-up.
